Kellie Bird teaches ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, and Cecchetti at The Dance Center of Severna Park. Mrs. Kellie Bird has passed her Cecchetti student exam levels I-VI as well as Teacher Exams I-III. She spent time dancing with Pulse Dance Collective, and Mary Washington College where she earned her BS in Psychology. Her master's degree is in school counseling. Mrs. Kellie spent many years dancing with Carter School of Dance and National Ballet and as a teacher at Carter School Of Dance.
Jennie Young received the majority of her dance training through Carter School of Dance. She minored in dance and majored in Elementary Education at Elon University. Her master's degree was earned in early childhood education. Mrs. Jennie has performed with St. Mary's Theatre group, and Annapolis Summer Garden Theatre. She has also been a counselor/choreographer for St. Mary's Performing Arts Camp, ASGT Teen Performing Arts Camp, St. Mary's High School Theatre, and Seven Oaks Elementary School Dance Troupe. Mrs. Jennie teaches ballet, tap, and jazz.
Kellie Greer, the Director of The Dance Center of Severna Park. She grew up dancing at Carter School of Dance where she passed Cecchetti student Grades I-VI. Mrs. Kellie spent time studying in Cleveland, Ohio with the Cecchetti Council of America and SUNY in Bufflalo, NY with Dance Masters of America Teacher Training School. She is a member of both the Cecchetti Council of America and Dance Masters of America Chapter 17. Mrs. Kellie's choreography has been nationally recognized and some of her students have gone on to dance in Los Angeles, Boston, and New York. She has passed her Teachers Cecchetti Exams I-IV and is currently working on Grade V. Mrs. Kellie teaches ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and Cecchetti.

Susan Wincek has blended a lifetime of music and dance. While in high school, as a student at the Mary Carter School of Dance, she began accompanying dance classes and earned her certificate in piano at the Peabody Preparatory where she studied with Marjorie Liss. She went on to earn a BA in dance from Butler University. After graduation, Susan pursued a professional career in both ballet and Spanish dance, performing locally with the Peabody Chamber Ballet, Maryland Ballet, the Maria Morales Spanish Dance company, and the Raquel Peña Spanish Dance Company. Her experience with Maria Morales inspired her to study flamenco and classical Spanish dance in Madrid, Spain. Her international touring career began in the Persian Gulf with the Reina and Rovira Spanish Dance Company. Susan danced with Antonio del Castillo in Madrid, Spain, toured the southwest U.S. with Maria Benitez, and for four years toured extensively in the U.S. and Canada with the José Molina Bailes Españoles. She has taught Spanish dance at the Carter School of Dance, Peabody Preparatory, Colby-Sawyer College in NH, Stephens College in MO, and Baltimore School for the Arts (BSA). Susan has been an accompanist at Butler University, Peabody Prep, Maryland Ballet, Baltimore Ballet, UMBC, has accompanied various instrumentalists and vocalists for Solo and Ensemble in AA County, and continues her work at BSA and the Dance Center of Severna Park.
Beth Fox grew up dancing with her mother, Terri Taylor and Mrs. Carter at the Carter School of . Dance. She has been teaching and assisting for more than 15 years. She spent time dancing and studying at SUNY, Buffalo in Dance Masters of America's Teacher Training School. She studied at Anne Arundel Community College. Ms. Beth teaches ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop at DCSP.

Barbara Wayson teaches ballet, tap, and jazz. With a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Creative Arts, Mrs. Barbara brings many years of teaching experience to DCSP. She has 18+ years of dance training as well. Mrs. Barbara is currently the choreographer for Piney Orchard Elementary Schools Dance Team.
